Beginners' Sewing Course – Learn to Sew with Confidence! 🧵✨ Always wanted to learn how to sew but not sure where to start? Our Beginners' Sewing Course is the perfect way to dive in! Over four weeks, you'll gain hands-on experience, build confidence using a sewing machine, and complete three fun and practical sewing projects—a tote bag, a makeup bag, and a cushion. This course is suitable for complete beginners—no prior sewing experience needed! Whether you’ve never threaded a needle before or just need a refresher, we’ll guide you through everything step by step. 📅 Course Dates: 🗓 1st May, 8th May, 15th May, 22nd May ⏰ 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM 📍 Craigavon 👥 Small group of just 5 students – book now to secure your space! What You’ll Learn: ✅ How to set up and confidently use a sewing machine ✅ Understanding different fabrics and stitches ✅ Sewing straight and curved seams ✅ Adding zips and personal touches to your projects ✅ Finishing techniques to give your makes a professional look What to Expect: Each student will receive: ✔ A full lesson plan and materials list after booking ✔ Printed instructions for each project to keep ✔ Any patterns required for the course ✔ Access to studio tools, including zips, threads & smaller fabric pieces What You’ll Need to Bring: 🧵 3 metres of fabric (a discount code will be provided for the shop after booking!) 🧵 Your own sewing machine (If you don’t have one, just let me know when booking and I’ll have one ready for you.) ☕ Light refreshments are included—tea, coffee, juice, and a little something tasty! 🍪 If you have any dietary requirements please let me know. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Due to our small class sizes (max 5 students), all bookings are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend and notify me at least two weeks before the course begins and I will do my best to reschedule you once to another available date. However, I can’t guarantee availability, so please give as much notice as possible. If you need to cancel a second time, unfortunately, no further rescheduling or refunds will be possible.
